Physiotherapy Assessment

Your program begins with a comprehensive one on one virtualphysiotherapy assessment. This includes a detailed review of your injury history, movement patterns, strength, mobility, and functional goals. Based on this assessment, a personalized treatment plan is created to address pain, movement limitations, and long term recovery.

Following your assessment, you will begin therapeutic exercise sessions guided by physiotherapy/pilates principles. These sessions focus on controlled, intentional movement to improve core stability, alignment, strength, and body awareness. Exercises are selected and progressed based on your clinical findings and stage of recovery

​As you progress, sessions incorporate rehabilitative movement designed to restore functional strength, mobility, and confidence in daily activities. Your program is continuously adjusted to ensure safe progression, symptom management, and measurable improvement over time.

This program is delivered under physiotherapy care and may be eligible for coverage through extended health insurance plans that include physiotherapy benefits. Receipts are provided for insurance submission where applicable.
