When I first started practicing yoga and pilates, it was in a group setting which I enjoyed so much and also learned a lot. There were times when certain asanas or advanced movements felt out of reach so I started to work one on one with senior teachers to be able to go over things in greater detail and bridge the gap.

My training sessions are personalized and tailored just for you and now with our ever growing resources, I can work with you online from anywhere around the world!

If you are new to yoga, pilates or looking to learn how to handstand and move better/feel better, I am happy to work with you.
Sessions can include usage of all Pilates equipment; reformer, tower, ladder barrel and chair.
Working privately allows you to practice at your own pace in an environment where you feel safe and to be able to develop your practice.

PRIVATE RATES
If you are new to Pilates or rehabilitating an injury or just simply wanting to learn how to move well, I offer an introductory special of $250 for 3 privates which is a savings of $80.
In these sessions, we will address on your specific needs in terms of Pilates, how to use the equipment, modifications, rehabbing injuries and what to expect when you come to a group class
Solo Private Rates (Teacher Rate)

10 Sessions $1000 ($100/session)
20 Sessions $1900 ($95/session)

Duets Private Sessions** (you and a friend)
1 semi private $65 per session/person
10 semi private $60 per session/person ($600)
Trios**
1 semi private $60 per session/person
10 semi private $55 session/person ($550)
**for duo or trio sessions, if your partner needs to cancel—your session will be pro-rated to pay the difference for the respective session.

24hr cancellation policy required in effect for any and all reasons reason to avoid losing your class credit.

Sessions will be done either over Zoom or at my studio. In-home privates can be done for an additional charge. For group privates, we can arrange on the amount of participants.
