FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No Question Is Too Small 😝😂
DO YOU GIVE FREE CLASS?
Nope.
CAN I CANCEL MY CLASS?
With 24hr notice to avoid losing your credit. Any cancellation reason less than 24hr notice will result to losing your class credit as a late cancel. Any no shows will result in a late cancel and loss of class credit.
When your spot is reserved, it is my commitment to keep that spot for you and when you cancel within short notice, I am not able to fill your spot that could have went to another student instead.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
No more than 5 mins before class. Please. This gives me time to prep the studio, give space for the previous class or private session time to leave and give myself a moment to ground before the next class.
For example, if class begins at 9:30a, please arrive no earlier than 9:25a. Doors will be locked until then.
Do not arrive late as doors will be locked and no attendees will be permitted and will result in a late cancellation.
WHAT ABOUT BEGINNERS?
The group classes are athletic and faster pace in style. If you are brand new to Pilates and working on the reformer, I would highly recommend taking the introductory offer for all new students ($250 for 3 sessions) and that way, we go over all the basics, modifications, common exercises you will see in classes and how to use the reformer.
That being said, you are welcomed to attend to a group class. Like anything new, it will be challenging, awkward and uncomfortable. I will do my best to catch you up with where the class is. I am firm as a teacher and that is to ensure safety and proper mechanics and form.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?
Enter your answer here. Be thoughtful, write clearly and concisely, and consider adding written as well as visual examples. Go over what you’ve written to make sure that if it was the first time you were visiting the site, you’d understand the answer.
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP IN ADVANCED?
Yes, all classes are pre-registered. No walk-in’s available
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable clean workout clothes. Please be sure to be cleaned and arrived showered for courtesy for the class. Let’s be honest, no one wants to practice next to a smelly person or worse, be the smelly person.
